2. Website Maintenance Services

• Maintenance services are billed monthly or annually.
• Refunds are not available for the active billing period once service has started.
• You may cancel maintenance at any time; billing will stop before the next renewal cycle.
• To avoid automatic renewal, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing date.
• Prepaid maintenance fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

3. Custom Development, Design, and Software Projects

• Refunds are only eligible before project work begins.
• Once development, design, or customization starts, payments are non-refundable due to allocated resources and time.
• Clients will receive any completed deliverables up to the date of cancellation.

4. Hosting, Domain, and Server Services

• Hosting, domain, and server-related services may include a limited refund window if explicitly stated in the service agreement.
• After the specified period, fees for hosting, domain, licenses, or server setup are non-refundable.
• Third-party integrations, add-ons, or plugins are not eligible for refunds.

5. Digital Marketing and Consultation Services

• Payments for marketing, strategy sessions, or consulting are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If a campaign or consultation has not yet started, a full refund may be requested prior to commencement.

• Invoice or Order ID
• Reason for Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

• Clients are encouraged to contact us directly for any payment issues before initiating disputes.
• Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension or termination of services.
