Our services include but are not limited to:

• SaaS and automation solutions
• Consulting and technical strategy
• Server configuration and management

These Terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors who interact with our website or services.

2. Payments and Billing

• All payments must be made through our approved and secure payment gateways.
• By purchasing any service, you authorize Logic Base Labs to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount.
• All pricing will be listed in the currency specified on the invoice or checkout page.
• Logic Base Labs does not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
• Clients are responsible for any taxes, processing fees, or currency conversion charges applied by their bank or payment provider.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and custom software services, refunds are only provided under specific conditions.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to our support team at the provided email.
• If a project has already started, partial or full refunds may not be applicable.
• Completed or delivered work is non-refundable.
• Subscription-based services or maintenance plans may be canceled before the next billing cycle. The active cycle is non-refundable.
• Payment disputes or chargebacks must be handled through the respective payment gateway's official dispute process.

4. Project Scope and Delivery

Project requirements, scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon before the project begins.

Logic Base Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Late client feedback
• Incomplete requirements
• Third-party services or tools

Any changes to the scope may result in additional charges and adjusted timelines.

All development work is done 100 percent in-house by Logic Base Labs.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Logic Base Labs complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws based on our operating region.

Client information is collected only for:

• Service delivery
• Billing
• Communication

We do not sell, share, or trade client data with third parties except for payment processing or legal obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

• All source code, designs, assets, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Logic Base Labs until the project is fully paid for.
• After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise documented in writing.
• Logic Base Labs reserves the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client signs a separate NDA prohibiting this.

7. Limitation of Liability

Logic Base Labs will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses caused by third-party APIs, hosting providers, plugins, or external services
• Issues arising from client-provided assets or instructions

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

• Violates these Terms
• Fails to make payments
• Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity

Any outstanding payments must still be settled even after termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the region or country where Logic Base Labs is legally registered.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts that apply to our registered jurisdiction.
